Chris Beason is the President of Ruhl&Ruhl REALTORS. Chris is the fifth generation to lead the company and has helped grow it to what is now the largest independently-owned real estate company in Iowa. He oversees the residential brokerage operations and is a partner in NAI Ruhl Commercial, Ruhl Mortgage, and Nelson Brothers Insurance.

Chris attended the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN where he received a bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance. Prior to coming back to work for the family business, he worked for two nationally recognized real estate brokerages - The Norton Agency in Atlanta, GA, and The Group, Inc. in Fort Collins, CO.

Chris began his career at Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors as a sales associate in the Davenport office in 2009. In 2011, he entered into management by leading DeWitt and Maquoketa offices. He then managed several sales offices, including Moline, Bettendorf, and Iowa City, before he was promoted to General Sales Manager in 2016.

He serves on the Board of Directors for the Riverbend Food Bank, the Quad Cities Association of Realtors, and The Quad City Cultural Trust.

Chris and his wife, Stefanie, live in Bettendorf, Iowa with their four children, Ella, Caroline, Charlie, and Teddy, and their dogs, Nelli and Beau.
